bucky: hey, did you hear about NUS's rule about hostels? if a member of the opposite sex is alone with you in the room, you'll have to keep the door wide open. wth? O.o

haha.. was hoping I'd get a hostel room too, but things arent looking too good on that front. I mean, they've probably settled these things long before I was officially disrupted =.= ah well, these things cant be helped huh? Shld be juz glad I got to disrupt =) afterall, apparently not all Med sch dudes serving NS get to do so O.o
gah.. anw, chu's at her SMU orientation camp now.. She muz be having loads of fun! I mean, it's held at OBS grounds! woot! imagine, rockclimbing, high elements, i heard they even have rafting!! jealous...! haha.. That's another thing about this disruption. I got disrupted after registration for the MedCamp closed!! omg.. it wldve started today as well, so i'd be camping while chu camped (hey, at least tt's fair, right? both of us shld get to go camping lo. haha). zhangfan was tryna help me get in ytd night by calling her NUS frens in Medicine when she heard i'd be missing out on it. So nice right?? Haha.. Pity it was to no avail, cos they needed to print the T-shirt for me and they didnt have time t do that -- acty i wldve been fine without the shirt la =.= but they also said they cldnt cater extra food for me, and I think accomodation might pose a prob, since the venue of the camp was a chalet thingy, so they might not have had enuff space. Ah well..
Well! two up-sides to this =) firstly, i'll be rid of c for 3D2N!!! muahahaha!! >=) secondly, and more importantly, my Med camp is 4D3N, while hers is 3D2N, so if I went ahead with mine, i"d see her for one day less, so not going for the camp is one extra day earned to spend with her! =D
...the first and second point seem to contradict a bit =.= oops. haha
But seriously, now I can totally focus on making her bday prezzie! oh, and I got to settle lots of my matriculation stuff =) today in fact I alr finished the medical checkup & submission of some matriculation docs.. Hehe.. Now juz waiting for NUS's (hopefully) favourable response to my appeal for a hostel room!
oh, speaking of bday prezzie, we went for audrey's bday party on sat (4th july). She's celebrating well in advance for some reason or other.. haha.. but happy birthday anyway =) put in quite a bit of effort making the icing for the cupcakes and in making a choco cake! -- in the process I successfully destroyed one of chu's plastic tubs, one of her metal spoon, and almost killed my family's beloved electric mixer =/ dont ask. sry hon! /sheepish laugh/
yesterday was roy's bday.. We're gonna get him something *soon*.. haha.. for now, juz be content with the imba cake we made for you! dont worry, your present'll be nicer than the cake (it cant possibly be worse =.=)
Ytd I also helped chu pack for her *cough* damned *cough cough* SMU camp.. tsktsk.. i'm too nice la. cant help it.. haha
